    I have been busted for it too. I got the Jon B mount and keep it and the tag in the trunk ready to go. I have seen a few people laying the tag on top of the dash, not sure if that is legal or not, but my concern would be it would turn in to a knife to slit your throat if you had a bad wreck.

    Chrysler states I do not own my car!!

    The Mercedes dealer has a fiduciary responsibility to sell you a car that is free and clear of liens period. I would get an attorney and file a suit against the MB dealer for misrepresenting sale of goods and CFC for harrasment. When you are through, you can have a field full of ACRs. Good luck.
