what killed it for me was this. first 3 days out of the car i got a chrysler 200. second visit was 7 days i got a dodge avenger. 3rd visit 43 days and counting i got a dodge journey. all the while waiting for parts that they were putting in new dealer ordered cars to sit on the lot, 400+...
the car is not stuck in race mode anymore. the check engine and ECS lights are off but now the airbag light won't turn off so they can't release the car until a new airbag module is installed and airbag light is off. The module was suppose to be installed on Friday but the part never showed up...
I went up to glenn Thomas to see car on saturday and they realigned door but after opening it a couple times more paint transfer. the service manager said the drivers door lip was longer than passenger door lip sothis was not a case of delivery driver bending door climbing out of the window...
I agree with venom v the SoCal Viper club president and Glen Thomas Dodge have done everything they could to help me and I'm not even disappointed with the car I know stuff like this happens. I am disappointed in the top level management, this is the third time my car has been at a dealership...
i can say this, i'm glad to be a member of the viper forum without being a member i wouldn't have the support of Lance (socal viper president aka 02 Graphite) and the rest of contributors to this thread and i'd be fighting this battle on my own witch i know would be hard to win. In my opinion...
Car was flatbeded to a new dealership (Glen Thomas Dodge) and was met there by te SoCal viper president, Lance. They are working to fix all issues and after speaking the service manager, Lance, and the Chrysler customer car advocate I am confident they will work it all out with as least paint...
However it happened, im dealing with it. The car is going to be flatbeded to Glen Thomas next week as the check engine light & stability control light have been on for the last couple of days and worst of all the suspension is stuck in race mode (I've already disconnect the battery twice for...
I am going to drop my car off at the SoCal viper clubs recommended dealer which is glen Thomas dodge. They have a great rep with viper owners in the area and the SoCal pres is coordinating this with the Chrysler customer at advocate and SRT to make sure this is my last visit for this particular...
If you can't do a burn out in a viper without hurting any part of it other than the tires then I don't want it. I bought this car to drive it hard, fast, and all the time. For 140k I should be able to do summer salts with it in reverse. I know that doesn't make sence but neither does your post.
It has to be "cleared" to go to another dealership for the repair since the new dealership is not coverd by the same corporate tech and that won't be done until 8/14. It's funny I thought this was America and I could go where ever I wanted for service.
