Any new words isanti? I JUST got this same problem today... I haven't driven the Viper in a few weeks, but I leave it on a cigarette battery tender.. I don't recall any problems the last time I started it.
I had it running a good hour and a half after jumping it... Got home, turned it off...
I'm 20 and have had mine for a little over a year. Younger people are able to afford them because the Gen1 and Gen2's are rather cheap nowadays(especially for what you get). People see my GTS and are amazed, but it doesn't cost much more than most new luxury cars or SUV's..
I figured I'd...
My honest opinion:
if possible, get BOTH
Used Cayman for daily driver, comforts, decent performance and exclusivity
= 42,000
Used Viper: GTS and some SRT-10's for weekend driver, better performance and more exclusivity
= 40-50g
I got new rims because my rims were crappy... Previous owner tried cleaning it without realizing there's a clear coat on them... otherwise I wouldn't have replaced them.
That puny little brake disk was on there stock and it looked fine... I don't see the point of upgrading the brakes when I'm...
Exactly:
iforged monaco's 20" mines a GTS but it's the same color...
Stock brakes look crappy, but they work the same as they did before new rims, so unless you're tracking it.. they're fine.
The 25 series will still work for the Viper. Main problem is price... They just started making the tire exclusively for the ZR1, so anybody who wants to buy those tires will have to pay an arm and a leg for them..
Everything's pretty much been said.
I used masking tape around the outside so i could line it up right.. Used a hair dryer and floss to peel away letters. Maybe use fishing line if the dental floss keeps breaking. Then used goo gone to clean it up.
