    Does the window go back up? can you work the windows up and down constantly (up to the point it stops)? How far does it go down before stopping? If it was a door adjustment issues, the windows should go down all the way with the door open, does it?

    Well Revheat documented all 96’s. Not sure the last time he did a count. I am proud to say you can add my 96 GTS to the list. Absolutely no history and 100% stock except for cat back exhaust with somewhat low miles.

    How is the idle when its just sitting and not driving? Could be a vacuum leak, look for lose hoses etc. Also, you can do a carb cleaner / starter fluid spray test around the manifold to see if RPM's pick up. Might want to start there first.

    If it’s a good battery, you obviously have a short. Any aftermarket equipment ie: different radio etc.. Start pulling fuses to determine what is drawing current..

    Still may be your problem if voltage fluctuates at WOT.. Leave it WOT for a bit to see if voltage changes. May want to use analog meter and not digital..

    He did state above butterfly's were horizontal at WOT. I suspect 75% might be correct but wont know until voltage reading...

    Gotcha... 75% could be right (I know it doesn't sound it but it might be) Need to read voltage with meter.

    75% may be right, you have to read your voltage. I thought you stated that you scanned your DD (Daily Driver) above. I have a 96 GTS and a manual, I can try looking up what the voltage should be at WOT.

    Sure its the right TPS? Did you match it up to your DD? Also, what is the WOT Voltage at?

    When you open the butterfly's are they completely horizontal? and not at a slight angle? What is the reading at idle position?
