    Off-alignment necks can be very carefully bent where they need to go. I've used a coated hammer handle as a lever to coax the upper neck on my stocker after a cleaning when they didn't get the tank soldered back square. If I needed to do it again, I'd probably get a short piece of 1.75" OD PVC...

    The "other" other Viper site. One is unabashedly rough around the edges - even in the middle - but there's some solid people and tech there. The "other" site has been great, but recently had some internal financial mismanagement issues and is acting elitist as they try to work their way out of it.

    Your concerns are well founded. They are likely to have to go back behind the fascia to investigate. I would insist that I be in the shop to inspect the quality of the previous work and discuss their plan of action for remediation. I would suspect a generic hose bent in too tight a radius...

    Looks like the Gen 3 includes purge vapor as a substitute for fuel pulse width. Nice touch. Purge flow is fixed by block in Gen 1 and Gen 2.

    I don't know for sure, but I'm going to assume that the Gen 3 has a Speed-Density ECU just like the Gen 1 & 2. For those models, air density is determined by MAP (engine load vacuum) and IAT.     My DRB-III has a nice bar graph function to watch the O2s on either side of the cats for each bank - all 4 stacked together. If you can display something like that, you could see if the sensors are reacting at the same rate by position, and whether the oxidation/reduction process thru the cats...

    I just serviced my GTS with that product in late May and did 2 days at COTA with it. First time I've tried it, but nothing unexpected came of it - performs just fine. I like the fact that it comes in squeezy containers that fit easily in the confined space. I bought 2, but only used 1.
