Gen 3 2005 Mamba. Plug wires shorted to exhaust manifold. Heard tapping noise on #10 cylinder valves. I see irregular wear on the valve stem and the rocker. See pictures.
Is this a bent valve? Damaged valve guide? Or other issue? Thanks I appreciate your responses.

Previous owner removed TPS sensors from wheels. So, I went into dash to disable TPMS module to see if the Low Tire warning message could be removed. (it could not)

An update: Still not starting from start button
Bought a new battery to replace the 6/2017 battery, although it was showing 12.6 volts.
Voltage at Start Button connector (yellow wire) is 13.8 volts, is that indicating something???

I've tested everything. I can start the car by going to the starter relay.
Now, I noticed that the low fuel indicator light is on (didn't see it before, but it think I just overlooked it)
There is 5+ gallons of fuel in the tank.
The question...will a Gen 3 Viper not start if the low...
