Getting a Taste of the Rockys: Pikes Peak? Speeding Tickets?
There is also Trail Ridge road, which is the highest continous road in the US. It goes over the continental divide and reaches 12K+. It is a tight tourist road from Estes Park to Grand Lake passing through Rocky Mountian Nat Park. Not a high speed road, but a very beautiful road. Lot's of area...- DStJohn

Do you find yourselves always "dreaming" of other Vipers?
I have only had my Viper since June, so I am still in newlywed mode, but no, I have not seen another one that I want more than my blue & silver '06. Ever at the club events, I am always happy with my baby. I check the garage every night to make sure she is tucked in under her Covercraft blanket!!- DStJohn

Service Departrment issues
The stories make me want to install one of the GPS trackers they sell for tracking teenagers in cars. It would be cool to pull out a report that shows your Viper went 5 miles and peaked out at 100 mph! What can the service mamager say then?- DStJohn

Yes, you will get looks for everyone, because they are so rare. I bought mine three months ago in Augusta, Ga. Average age of Viper owners?
I always say, I may have to grow older, but I never have to grow up! For the record, I am 55, but I don't drive that slow:D I have had my Viper for a month now and have to thank my parents for it. They both recently passed away and I used some of my inheritance for it. I have always loved my toys!- DStJohn

Need info from 06 service manual
I got the Snake-Oyl knuckle braces for my 06 coupe. The instructions tell you to refer to the service manual for correct torque when re-installing the nut on the tie rod joint, except I don't have a service manual yet. Would someone with a manual please look it up and post it for me? Thanks!- DStJohn

So your the guy responsible for acid rain:drive: I do agree though, the Co program is a joke. If you live north of Wellington or east of Greeley you don't pollute? I was following a car the other day that burned more oil than gas, but it passed. WTF??? It is just another way to make money. -

06 paint code for silver stripes
I am hoping some one can help me. My Viper is GTS Blue (paint code PBE) with silver stripes. I want to get some touch up paint for the silver, but I can't find the color code. Does anyone out there know it? The Dodge color list for 06 shows three or four silvers!!- DStJohn

I went to the testing station on I-25 Frontage road and the guy said he would try and it fit. Did you go to that one or the Loveland one on College ave? I saw your burnout video, was that filmed over by Overland & Drake? -

ALRIGHT!!! She passed, no problem!! They did run it on the dyno, but I had a guy in his 30's doing the test. He was very easy on it when he ran it up, so it did not jump around. It passed the Fast Pass 1 min test, and was running very clean. Now to pay the sales tax and plates next week. Thanks...
