2" Seat Lowering kit in 08... Verdict?

Hey guys, as I stated in another thread I am going from an 03 vert to a 08 vert. I have a NW 2" lowering kit in my 03 and would consider it a necessity for me in any Viper - to the point I will sell the 08 rather than drive it without. I tried using the search function and found a lot of older posts, some said it won't work in a Gen IV, some said it will. I was wondering if those who made it work could chime in with the solutions they came up with. Any pics or tricks. What is the gateway module and what does it do, ie will moving it to the rear bulkhead affect anything? While the DS seat is my priority I would like to do the PS seat as well, what problems may I run into on the PS seat? Thanks guys, Tyler

The stereo amp is under the passenger seat. I just put in the 1" and it was OK, if you need to move it, seemed to have enought exposed cable to relocate to the bulkead easily.

Have the 2" in mine. Only way I can fit comfortably. Call Chuck Tator...he did the install.
