How much should i be paying on a brand new 2002 gts with out stripes and who should i buy it from.I hear there going a lot less then sticker price. Is this true.I live in milwaukee and i dont want to travel to timbucto to buy it
Woodhouse has several new Vipers in stock. I'm not going to say what I payed, but it was less than what it would have cost at any of the local dealers in California. Call Bill Pemberton @ Woodhouse Dodge and ask! 1-800-889-1893. They will deliver your new or used Viper to your front door.
Let us know how it turns out.
Good Luck,
Dan
Here in the western suburbs of Chicago the price range is between 68,000 and 76,000. That's the advertised price at two Dodge dealerships within ten miles of each other.
2002 GTS with stripes are going for $73,000
so I'm guessing the one without stripes would be $70,000, since the stripes alone are $3000. You might be able to get it down to $69,000. I'm actually thinking about trading in my 2001 GTS for a 2002 Graphite with stripes GTS, but I think I might have to pay a lot. Good luck anyway, and tell us what you end up paying
There's a classified ad by a dealer (in OK I believe) offering a new, 2001, red GTS (no stripe) for $66,500. It's not an '02 but sounds like a very good price to me for a new '01. (If I had my '00 RT/10 sold already I'd buy this GTS.) Click "Classifieds" above to find the ad--I saw it yesterday, 5/8/02, so it's current.
Not sure if there were any changes to the GTS between the '01 and '02 model years but I'm sure the year by year model changes are listed somewhere on this website.
The 68k price was listed at Downers Grove Dodge. I would check out yahoo or autotrader to get a nationwide search. You don't have to go to timbuc2 but it will give you a good idea.
i also have 2002 silver z06 with 3000 miles on it that i will have to get rid of to be able to buy the viper .any help?? the vette is a awsome car but i want one of the final editions before there gone.
Invoice on a 2002 GTS without stripes is $69330 including gas guzzler tax and destination, does not include luxury tax. Expect to pay $500 to $1500 over invoice.
