Are you sure about the vin # for the last RT/10? Cindy Henderson said they weren't releasing the vin # for it.

NONE of this stuff is certified by D-C or Dodge as correct. So ALL of it 'could be' bogus. But I've been researching and posting it since 1994 and collecting it since 1993.......maybe i should just keep my mouth shut.

I posted earlier that the last RT/10 inadvertantly sneaked to a foreign country and "someone" then stirred up a stink.....now the actual #, (according to viperweb ?) is somehow not going to be released?! Why not release it? BECAUSE SOMEONE OVERLOOKED ITS SIGNIFICANCE !?

I have a solution: lets go with your numbers....

p.s. Jay Herbert historically secures the #s as well, and i always share mine with him FIRST as I did today. Lets see what he uncovers..... if we are 2-for2, then its likley the "lost" RT/10 heading Waaaaaay South-East

Ask viperweb !

My unofficial sources say 34, and that number completes 360.

Up to 20% (72 max) of the Final Editions could have been ordered with the ACR package.

* 14 Yellow ACR's
* 17 Graphite ACR's
* 22 Graphite ACR's with Strips
* 15 Graphite with Cognac
* 34 Final Addition ACR's
* 1 Yellow Roadster with Cognac
* 21 Red Coupes

My 02 VCA Blue/Silver had a MSRP of $92,500. Is this possibly the most expensive Viper from the factory (soon to be outdone in '03)

JonB - When I visited the factory, Cindy Henderson gave us the story on the last RT/10. She said at the last minute, Australia ordered 12 Vipers to be converted to right hand drive. The last RT/10 was going to be in this bunch, but it was taken out and replaced with another RT/10 so that the last one would stay in the U.S. She went on to say that they weren't going to release the vin # of it, but maybe they changed their minds.

Wayne, that's pretty sweet to have a one of a kind car. How did you find it? Did you order that combo?

Laws would not allow this, it had to be shipped as Austrailian import laws had the VIN identified.... so that VIN (the last RT/10) had to be shipped. Last RT/10 is in Australia, to be converted.

Not only are Prowlers in the pool..... but the cars do not go down the line in VIN sequence (They are grouped to make the "truckload of six" in a close geographic area).... in theory, it would be possible for the first production VIN to be "1"..... and the last production VIN be ...... "2".

Its not bad for all of us here!!!

I know the guys who are doing the conversions from LHD to RHD so i might be able to take some pics when i get around to visiting them again. Anyway, im pretty sure that somehow that very last Viper will make its way back to America unless one of our major collectors like Lindsay Fox collects it first.
