On second look it looks like a Mitsubishi product... Something similar to an Eclipse--especially from the front door back. It does nothing for me--rather have a Vette or Mustang Cobra than that.

Bring back the Gen 2 styling with added flare, good idea. Force Gen 2 styling on a Gen 4, bad idea. Only judging by photo, will see in person in April.

FWIW I've heard from a fairly reliable source that this is VERY close.

It may not be all things to all people here but it's a major improvement and I think that the actual size and proportion of the actual car in person in an actual painted finish will leave a much different impression.

Have the folks that are bashing the alleged leaks even see the clay version at VOI. It has been stated over and over how awesome the new car was by about 600 folks who are die hard fans. I would not pass judgement till you see it for real. I thought the car was outstanding.

You gotta wait and see how the car looks in real life.

I can wait a couple of weeks...

Thats just a bad angle. Wait till you see that from the profile front or rear. That is a very good desighn. In a blue or yellow that is gonna be insane.

Have faith. Ive never seen an ugly viper

I saw the car in Salt Lake and the rendition above is pretty close from what I remember.

Wow, you saw the car at VOI and this pic (which is close) and you still want to keep your Gen4? I can understand the folks just looking at a rendering and not having the VOI reference point to fill in the gaps... Having seen both, I think the car is such an improvement over all the prior Gen's so I am extremely excited and hopeful the actual car is close to what we saw at VOI.

Please fill us in on all the "improvements" you see.
IMO This rendering looks like a cobbled together Gen 2 and Gen 4 design wise, with some Euro styling thrown in.
