I just tried a tire 1.5" taller.Lost 2-3mph.You won't be happy. Most people are putting more gear into the car. You'll slow your car another .2-.3.

Many think the Viper rear is too tall..these add 1.65" MORE !

And weigh more....and slow you down.

In case you are still wondering how they look, here is 345/35/18 rear and 335/30/18 front.Going with more rear gear will make up for the taller rear tire if you are worried about that.

GASDOC, As far as I can tell your car looks great, even with the taller tires. I say as far as I can tell because I can only see parts of your car on the screen since the pic is so huge and requires so much scrolling. Could you possibly post a condensed version? Also this pic is missing a MGW gas cap, and your sig says MGW everything.

They are CCW wheels, the fronts are 2 inches wider than stock for the 335's and the rear are 1/2 inch wider for the 345's.They fit and look great to me.I get lots of compliments on the wheels, the tires are just huge,I could'nt believe the fronts would fit,but they do with no problems.

Nice looking car, but even on a 21" monitor at 1600x1200, I have to scroll. Could you do us a favor and repost at 1024?

Thanks,

if i'm not mistaken...the car comes with C1 pilots as standard equipment. the 345/35/18 doesn't come in a C1. the C1 has a stiffened sidewall. you might wanna get the feel of the car under heavy cornering. then again it's probably no big deal...if you don't intend on racing the car. just to play it safe...i'd look into that. don't want any accidents.

I think what we meant was to pull the 2048 link and repost the image at 1024. Not trying to be anal, but this happens from time to time and it always gets the same reaction.
