94 Silent Recall for engine?

A friend of a friend is trying to sell his 94 R/T. Claims the engine was rebuilt by Viper/Dodge as part of a silent recall. Anyone ever here of such a thing?

Never heard of or could find anything on 94/RT's [DC's system].?

The ONLY silent fix on Vipers that I have come across, was, and it was my FIRST JOB on a Viper was that the first 100 engines that came off the line [1992] had the wrong oil rings in them!
I did the job in early Spring of '93' [#85].
At that time "Chrysler" all ready had the repair packages made up when I called in the VIN#![All the gaskets & rings?]
