96 GTS Fuses: Power Distribution, Fuse Block and Fuse Access: Where are they in car AND FSM?

POWER DISTRIBUTION: I know where that is - above the PCM with the big threaded power stud.
FUSE BLOCK: Shown in FSM but have no idea where it's located in car
FUSE ACCESS: I know where that is, it's access cover is printed in white letters on the under dash access panel on side of dash by door hinges. I can't find that in the FSM.

GTS or RT?

GTS has a block in the left back beside the amp. It contains the fuel pump relay and I can't remember the rest. Not very big.

Is that the one on page 8W-47-7 of the 96 FSM? It has (20) 30a and (1) 25a fuses?

...4, there are 4 fuse blocks. (Spanish Inquisition Python)

Actually No. There are only 3. Turns out the "FUSS ACCESS" panel is the FUSE BLOCK - I did find it but didn't see the relay and flasher end since obscured by stuff. I totally hate under dash work - if I had to do that kind of work I'd get an Under Dash Creeper.
