I just want to give you a heads up on a Viper tech at Susan Schien in Pelham.

Grady is the only certified Viper tech that they have and he could care less about any Vipers he works on. This Viper tech is rude, doesn't do what the service manager says (Service manager is awesome guy)..but he butts heads with this Grady fellow when he needs something done. I guess this tech holds a bit a weight but acts like a **** and does what he wants when he wants.

Grady smarted off to me when I politely asked for the status on my car. He ignored me and walked right off.

The service manager said he would make some calls to the other Dodge dealers to see if they would be willing to help me out. He hated to do that but he has issues with this tech. Have you guys had any incidents with this Grady fellow?

Why don't you apologize to him sincerely and if he does a great job, you'll tip him nicely as you want your viper back for the weekend. When it's time to pick up your viper and he asks for a tip tell him not to smart off to customers..... schwiiing!

Hey Adam,
Bring it down to Ozark Mark is a real good guy, nice to deal with, not much experience though. But no attitude! It would be a ***** of a drive. Good luck,

Mike

Moondog,
