There is some difference in ride, no increase in cockpit sound. DC did not take any sound deadening material off or anything like that. As for the fog light, yes, you can install them on an ACR, very easy to do.
It might be cheaper for you to get a GTS and buy the ACR wheels.

My local dealer has a bumblebee '01 ACR on the floor with delivery miles. Big discount - they want it gone. E-me if interested.

goodluck with any one you choose, but yes go ACR you will not be disappointed. the ride is a little ruffer but well worth it when you hit a exit ramp.
