Can someone give me some tips on adjusting the height (bottom of sill to top) of the corsa track exhaust? I need to adjust the height of the exhaust tips since they are hanging a bit low and wanted to get an idea of how to go about doing it. I was told it is simply one bolt to adjust the height of the tips.

Does anyone have pics of the under carriage of the car with the Corsa Track Exhaust to give me some clues on what to look for?

The help is well appreciated.

Thanks.

Yes, there is only one bolt to adjust the top to bottom height but it is under the side sill which must be removed to gain access. As for any other adjustments simply use the search feature and you will find additional information on side sill removal and Corsa adjustments.

Are you sure you cant get to the bolt by simply jacking up the car? I was told that you could. If the sill has to come off, it is going to Chucks. That is too much work for me.

It's TWO bolt's per side for the vertical adjustment bracket ,a pipe clamp for rotational adjustment (turnout should be pinned, locksrewed or tack welded after FINAL adjustment),lateral ajustment must be made by spacers or bending the aft hanger rod..and yes you must remove the side sills

Tom, you can adjust the vertical exhaust tip location without pulling the side sill.
I have done it on my previous SRT-10 more than once.
If you need to adjust the radial location of the tip, that is another story. The side sill needs to come off.
I sent you an e-mail with instructions.
It is a good suggestion to tack weld the joints after you have achieved your desired location.
