Exactly, though that rectangular shape of the DeLorean doesn't look very good (to me) in stainless or painted.

Funny I thought it looked pretty good back in the day. But it doesn't seem to have aged as well as some of its contemporaries.

I think it is a great design. Remember it's early 80's. Not much else looks better from that time.

nice...does the Miami Vice theme song echo out when the door opens?

I recently checked out the new SLS and boy was I impressed. the gullwing doors open up vertically before swinging out which I didn't realize or expect. the cockpit was fantastic; exhaust note incredible and it was clear that pics do it zero justice. some concepts/designs are so ahead of their time that they remain relevant over 1/4 century later.
