Air Bags

I'd like to remove the factory airbags from a Viper SRT 10. Any suggestions or complications (computer)?

Everybody who has ever removed an airbag dies in auto accidents. Don't do it.

Drivers side is easy, (I swapped steering wheels) never tried the passenger side. 03-06 SRT's have an on-off switch for the passenger side, 08 and up have a sensor on the passenger seat. I would think fairly straightforward. Can't imagine any computer issues, but ask an expert like Mrk, etc.

Why do you want them out, racing? If so you may not need to pull the passenger side

What sort of risk does the drivers airbag present on the track? With 6 point harnesses, full face helmet, and roll bar (in an '04 vert), should I be concerned with the potential for my airbag to deploy on a racetrack?

I would certainly like to have the airbag there while driving on the street.

You should only get a air bag light on.
