alarm problems??

Does anyone ever experiance problema unarming there vipers? I have a 99 rt and the dealer replaced my fob with a newer unit which is smaller and nicer. Every now and then it wont respond when i try to disarm the car. Then after I play with it for 5 minutes or so it misteriously unarms on command..... Kinda strange, any info out there???????????????? thanks

Normally it happens ocassionly. Mine does it mainly during very warm days. If you do a search, you'll find a few posts on this problem.
