Quaker City in northeastern Oh is having a street car shootout. In addition to the Pro Street type cars, they have a street survivor class. Rules are you must drive the car on a 20 mi road cruise, the hood is sealed and you can't work on the car any more other than tire pressure. Or your out. Any DOT tire.
