Anyone have this hose fail?

Check my sig for mods, I have the K&N, and when looking at the engine from the front, there's a little air hose from the plastic filter housing that draws air thru a hose about 1.5" by 7" into the manifold. Where it slips onto the plastic K&N filter housing is leaking ... obnoxiously. I've tried replacing the pinch clamp with a C clamp & tightening but it still whistles, the higher the RPM the more like a Tea *** it gets. LoL

I guess I need to order a new hose, just a weird and annoying thing, it actually took me about 30 mins to figure it out, it was creating like an echo in the fan, so I couldn't tell where the whistle was coming from as I hand-blipped the throttle body.

Weel now that's interesting, not sure how I missed this thread, thanks. I've had my K&N on for like 2 yrs or more & this just started, weird. I'll try the diameter mod & see if that takes care of it, I was assuming it was the hose leaking on the ******, as I move the hose around it goes away, but when I let go it comes back. Thnx for the thread pointer.
