Only a year to go for voi 9 but has anyone (like local VCA presidents) heard any solid talk where this might take place?
Anyone heard of RUMORS where voi 9 will be?? Not where you WISH it will be.

VOI should be held somewhere that equals the flashiness of the SRT design... Fargo would be an excellent choice...

I'm all for Vegas! I'm moving there, sadly I'll be leaving all the hot Viper action in Arkansas. That didn't sound sarcastic did it? I've had my car since March, and there's been 1 event.

I hope it is as far away from me as possible. Anywhere on the west coast would be fine. Hopefully it's not Las Vegas because I was there for VOI-5. Seattle/Vancouver would be great.

Las Vegas would be ****....errr great. If in Vegas, I will definitely be there and I will also make sure there is a continuing education class so I can make it a business trip. To me there would be no better place than Vegas.

VOI may have gotten to the point where dual sites may work out better. Say, hypothetically, one in Vegas the other at Nashville. That way neither coast is "left out" and the strains on hotel accomidations won't be so bad. Hell, have them two weeks apart and you might be able to get some folks to travel to both.

I am still hoping we are still considering Salt Lake City. They have a phenomenal track going in there ( two groups of Vipers could be on track at the same time, as it is so huge it can be divided into two tracks ), an NHRA dragstrip nearby,some of the most beautiful drives in the Rockies nearby, the Bonneville Salt Flats, and we would be the show for the whole area - instead of just another Convention in Vegas. If Vegas wins out again, then I will admit, having lived there for 5 years, it does have it's advantages.
