I am a viper owner in utah but I am not a VCA member. We don't have a club here in Utah so I haven't bothered becoming a member.

I think I spoke to you about my last viper when I sold it. Anyway, what did you end up getting? Also, a group of us are planning on going to RMR raceway on Wednesday if you would like to see what your viper will do. I went about 2 weeks ago and could only get 12.1. I am hoping to get into the 11's this time.

If your car is stock then shoot for the low 13's, this elevation absolutely kills our cars.

I actually am going out to get my Viper on Friday. I bought a 2001 GTS...Yellow w/ no stripes. Has some mods- K&N, BORLA Exhaust,Smooth Tubes.

I Sold my 427 S/C Cobra and have to take it out there for delivery at the same time. I am looking forward to getting into my new ride. My Cobra was extremely fast, I had a lot done to it.. Stroked to 462ci and put out 583 hp (sea~level). I am sure I will be going through my Viper over the winter and boosting the HP and handling.

Hey , I hear you. I moved here from South Florida about 6 years ago and it was definetly a cultural change...But, it is really nice to live in spectacular area where you can go and do anything on a Sunday with "no crowds" that goes for the nice curvy canyon runs too!

note: actually, most of the SCCA and club events take place on Sunday's
