Are these \"splitters\" available?

The cover car in the summer 2001 Viper mag has some splitters placed where the hood comes down and makes the cave area. Does anyone know where these can be purchased?

Thanks! I spent some time in SoCal last year with my viper(4 months) and I hate I couldn't catch up with some of "you guys" (we say "yall"). I did enjoy driving around out ther. Not many Vipers running around in my neck of the woods.
