Kudos go to Ralph Gilles and his Design Team.Ralph, in his short tenure has penned the 300C, Magnum RT, and Viper Coupe and is being recognized as one of the absolute best in the Design Field,Worldwide. Glad he loves the folks at SRT and hangs around with them alot, and as I believe, his Team helped design the Firepower. If this makes it to production, as many hope, his Star will be on the rise for a very long Time!

Congrats Ralph, and DC Design. :2tu: :2tu: :2tu: :2tu:

300C: Nice car, good job.
Magnum RT: Looks like an ugly station wagon.
Viper Coupe: Not bad, but a big step down from the GTS in terms of styling.
Firepower: Just doesn't look right, The front end looks okay, but in general it is way too rounded, especially the back end.

Not impressed at all with this guys work.

Now Marcello Gandini, that's someone who does impressive work.

Oh, I think Ralph has done an exceptional job with the tools he has been given. The Viper Coupe is a very nice car and about the best you could squeeze out of the SRT platform. Firepower looks pretty darn awesome in person. And of course I REALLY want a 300C SRT-8 ASAP. If only my sales guy wasn't so busy giving Ralph Gilles his own opinions on designing cars all the time... ;)

I wondered how you were going to work that in. How nice of them to stop by and chat with us.

Just like movie sequels, it's difficult to follow a home run. However, I think the new coupe is very compelling. It's got a personality for sure.

I'm on the list for a 300SRT8 also! Way to go SRT and Ralph!

No actually, I told him I was the Wingking, and was pointing out that there was something on the tip of his nose he might want to brush off, ha. Actually , all who have had a chance to meet Ralph find him to be a very approachable, die hard Chrysler guy who I predict will be a legend like Larry Shinoda, Tom Gale, etc., in years to come.

And then there is the ViperJay guy lurking the background, waiting for Bill to stop talking as usual :)

Both Ralph and Dan Knott stopped by. Ralph is a super humble fellow, a very impressive approachable person who appears to have no ego what-so-ever. Very refreshing. He also listens intently, again, very refreshing.

What nobody mentioned so far is they had their spouses with them, they stopped by between dinner and the movie..... while Bill was holding Ralph up, the spouses were checking the movies off thier list that the starting time had passed. the last one started at 10:15...... they left at.... 10:15.... As they headed out the door, the Mrs's said.... Oh, well, guess we'll have dessert instead of a movie. Good sports!
