I know - the dealer put the plate on and I HATE it - sometimes in the (near) future, I will have the front fascia repainted and afterwards: NO plate, for sure.

That new set up looks great! Some people say it does not yield any horsepower gains, but I don't find this to be true, if the "seat of my pants" can be trusted. I think my car is faster now, with the Corsa. Well, it certainly sounds a WHOLE LOT better, anyhow. No more droning buzz in the cockpit. Makes for a much more enjoyable ride, huh?

I keep cleaning the soot out of the tips, because I like to see the beveled tip ends, they look cool, instead of straight piping that just gets cut off.

Absolutely new feeling.
If you could only hear the difference between EU-modell stock exhaust and the CORSA-3" and HF-cats.

BTW, one of the stock cats was damaged.

I was reading a European car magazine, (UK), and in the back, they had a road test summary.

It seemed that there were at least half a dozen cars that had
0-60 mph times in the 4 second range. I never heard of most of them, so I guess they are not imported to the US. One was the TVR Cerbera (sp?). Very impressive numbers. Makes me nervous!

Maybe my glasses need changing! Is this true? Are there really a lot of European showroom-stock cars in the 4's?

I have the same kit but am taking it off and doing side pipes. I Heard one at SVSI with side pipes. I think thats the only way to make the Viper sound like it should.
