This has been happening since I bought my car, basically when I first start the car up from a cold start up, there is a banging, rattling sound that comes from the driver sill towards the front, you can feel it. It goes away after about 30 seconds and doesn't do it on warm start ups. I feel it's the exhaust however if it's the exhaust and it expands a little with heat to where it doesn't touch, I don't feel it would only take 30 seconds for it to go away. I need to get a video with my phone but seeing if it's maybe something obvious. Car has Belanger full exhaust with high flow cats. It has gotten progressively worse, now it makes the noise even as it's cranking over however it still goes away within 30 seconds of start up.

I will try to take a look under there soon, probably won't have time this weekend as I'm moving.

there are metal tabs welded to the nuts on the exhaust system. These tabs allow the bolts to be run in with out an additional wrench. These nuts/tabs will often rotate such that they touch the frame or other metal. I have seen this a couple times. this is likely your issue.
