Sounds just like my 99' RT with straight pipe borla exhaust, and stock headers. I guess its the cats that make it sound wimpy.

FUSCUCLA1--&gt;This is the only soundfiles that I have. Headers are about 2400USD(don't remember exactly), exhaust, 3" straight pipes, 3" bends and Racebullet mufflers...both sides a total of 90USD...

LAYNRBR--&gt;When I changed from Borla 2.5" Stainless Steel to the Race Bullet 3" mufflers did the resonation disapeare! And ther is quite a big change in trottle response also.

Alan, what car was that passing you in the video, a neighbour in a 300ZX maybe, looks like he wanted to get schooled!!!

The stock is exhaust is pretty tame compared to you guys, although I like the stock burble at idle, though that must be more pronounced when opened up with some high flow cats I would think!

genX - yup, it was a 300ZX TT. The nearby park had a Nissan gathering, and a few of my friends told me that there were a bunch of people who wondered what car filled the air with exhaust rumbble ;-)
