Best Viper to Buy?

Hi all,
I am wondering what year you would recomend purchasing?

I will imediataly add a twin turbo kit.

I am thinking the last year of the forged pistons. 1999 spending somewhere arround 45k

what do you all think?

$45K will get you a VERY high milage 99, your looking at a Gen1 or 97-98 GenII with high mileage for that.

I would say to go with a 1999. It's the last year of the forged pistons... but has 18" wheels and aluminum trim rings in the dash.

dunno if you would find one for $45k. A guy on this site, Toddt is selling a 1999 ACR for low 50's I think - pretty much the best deal going. One guy got a 99 GTS for $49k which is the best price I've heard of.
