Trying to sell my 3" RT Cats and was approached by a buyer named Frank Seun who wanted them. He sent me a bogas looking check for $3500.00 asking me to forward the remaining money to another person who was also selling him something. Half a brain will tell you something is way out of line....... Beware sell at your own risk.

This is why as a business owner I only accept major credit cars and PayPal. If forced to except a check I first run it through my TeleCheck machine which, if approved, guarantees me my money if the check is no good. The small percentage these services take off the top are worth the guarantees of getting my money. If I were a consumer I would insists on PayPal only as the buyer does not have to have an account. The seller sends an PayPal invoice and the buyer fills in the approbate information.

When I was in my teens, I worked at a place that had TeleCheck.

My favorite was when it came back denying coverage on a guy. I told him I couldnt accept the check, so he tried to use the credit or debit card attached to the same account ( he ******* because he said it was coming from the same place, didnt see the difference ) - the thing came up to call and verify or whatever. Called, they asked us to revoke the card. Now the guy was really pissed.

oh well.

Haha, this sounds familiar. I also had this happen to me when I was younger working retail. There was no way that I was going to try and take this guy's card. Imagine someone trying to take your card from you...I wouldn't be too happy.
