bolts on the rear factory amp

I'm trying to take off my rear amp. Where are the bolt locations? How do you remove it?

If it liks my 2001 GTS there are clamps top and bottom with 2 bolts on top and 2 on bottom. If you have a single amp on the driver side than it should be like mine.
