I won't mention any names, but I can say that words like Contest of speed, exhibition of speed, careless and imprudent were being thrown around like candy...

Honest officer, I dunno why the tires were spinning...

Don't think this was actually required by the cop...perhaps some type of sick bribe...

All in good fun though, as the cop turned out to be Country Music Legend, K.D. Lange!
