Buying a Viper

What's the story with Hennessey? Are Vipers which have been modded by him any good? Reliable? Unrealiable? I was looking at buying a used Venom.

I haven't heard good things about him here.

Anyone care to elaborate?

Bought my venom 500 with the Hennessey gear on it. 37,000 very reliable miles and a bunch of track events later I'm real happy with the car - Still has the stock clutch in it too!!!

I think most would agree that Hennessey technology is sound.

I have Hennessey headers and exhaust system on the GTS. (Love them great big sewer pipes sticking out the back!)

I would by a Venom no problem... just evaluate it for care given to it by the PO.
