CAAP Tour Was Great!

A BIG THANK YOU to Ken Bott from CAAP. I took a tour of the plant on May 2nd (my 39th Birthday)and had a great time. Got to meet some other viper owners from the East Coast and one from Canada. I could go on and on about it but, I will save you all from my "kid in a candyland" like experience.

Ken and his staff are great hosts and I recommend all to take this tour.

I also toured the Walter P. Chrysler Museum and the Henry Ford Museum.

Hey Ryan (genXgts)....How ya doing?.......I have been visiting here since late 1999, it wasn't until early this year that I decided to finally register and felt compelled to post.....Like I said in the parking lot of CAAP.....I visit often, take what I need, share very little, and leave the rest to those with more knowledge than me.

P.S. Yeah, I'm ready to fly back again....NEXT YEAR...Want to see the new GEN coming down the line and see the rest of the auto related tours I didn't have time to see. Have you been to BT's on Michigan Ave.?

while there is always lots to learn, and I'm in the beginning of my curve, I love to offer what I do know, and hope it comes back in return, that's my theory!!

Hey Ryan.....LOL....Yep! That's the BT's!!!!! My buddy and I came to the border that Thursday evening after the tour but we were told we needed two pieces of I.D. to get back to the good ol U.S.A. or we would be trapped on your side. We only had one piece. That being the case, we found BT's and ended up spending 7 hours at a table, 21 beers (buddy had 13, I had 8) and roughly $250 (those George Washingtons just seem to dance away)by the time it closed down.

Next time I fly out, I will take you up on your offer.....I will cross the pond and let you chauffeur me around in your VIPER to see your beautiful country.
