on 16th of august scheduled to replace stock exhaust with Roe catback which uses borla xr1 muffler. This system eliminates the stock crossover and I hope a significant amount of sill and interior heat.
I bought one of the older systems from Sean, I think he has changed to a different muffler on newer systems. Does anyone here have any experience with the Roe or the Borla xr1 muffler exhaust note on an srt. Cats will remain stock.
I am doing this primarily to cut down on the heat but,will I get a better or worse exhaust note? When completed I will offer my opnions on sound and I will use a laser heat measuring device before and after to determine how much of a difference if any the change makes on sill temperature. Any opinions whether positive or negative will be appreciated.
