There's nothing wrong with taking a baby for a ride in a viper. Of course you are going to drive like you have a baby in the car, just like you do in your other vehicle.
Make sure the airbag is off if present. JonB got me a dissable kit for my 97 that doesn't have the keyswitch. It wasn't expensive, and took 10 minutes to install.
Gen I vipers without airbags actually have a 2nd lap seatbelt on the passenger side, just for baby seats. This isn't needed with the newer generation cars that don't have door mounted belts. If you find someone with a Gen I that doesn't need their lap belt, you can install it in a newer car. It makes it a lot faster to get the seat in and out.
I suppose if the car were extra loud, there might be a problem, but I doubt a stock viper is loud enough to damage a baby's ears. In fact, I'll wager that my 2.5 yr old can scream louder than your stock viper!
