Brain, if it's a dealer car, take extra care with it, be extremely wary! Do a search on Florida cars on this board and read away if you haven't yet, very lax laws as far as full disclosure of past history......
Not trying to scare you in any way, just a fact that the lemon rebuilds/flood damage/salvage title fixer uppers seem to always end up in Florida!!
