Guys, after a brief warm up this morning I shutt it dn. I went to start it up again and got nothing.
Even after closing the doors the door locks don't even work. Battery had 13 volts, took it out and had it checked.
It was good, but I went ahead and got a new one anyways since it was 3 year old.

Same thing. I got no horn, no lts, no door locks (have to go in thru the hatch to open the car), no radio, and the interior lts are very weak.

I read 13 volts on the voltmeter at the battery, and at the engine bay between the frame and the positive post
by the fuse box.

When I close the car the lights by the door handle inside the car start blinking making a "trrrrr" noise at each door.
I pulled a 30 amp fuse on the box that read ignition draw, and I can leave it close with no door lock making the noise.
This killed all my interior lts.

Any suggestions as to where my problem might be.

Thanks.

Check the ground cable where it connects to the frame.
Even if it 'looks OK', take it off and make sure the connection is clean and tight.

Obviously there's a connection problem somewhere. Battery cables? You just have to find it.

Turned out to be the connection on top of the starter needed to be tighten up.
Thanks to Dan from viper specialty for the help, and rest of you for your suggestions.
