Here's the scoop! 7-05-2001 titled 1st time in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey with 2446 miles 4-22-2002 transfer in Fleminton, New Jersey with 3064 miles. CLEAN TITLE NO PROBLEMS One more thing! When it was registered on 7-05-2001 it was registered as a commercial vehicle. I wonder if it was a rental

One other option for the commercial registration could be that the original dealer had a rental fleet at the dealership for his customers. Sometimes the dealer will use a car like this for personal use and to recieve any year end money from Dodge he would have report the car sold. So what you do is transfer it to the rental fleet and get around paying luxury tax, drive the car a while have some fun, then sell the car later to a retail customer. Problem solved!

The guy that traded it in on the Hummer probably put those miles on, thats what it had on it when he got it. Ask the dealer to so you the title and the odometer statement they filled out the day they traded for the Viper. That will tell you who put the miles on, the dealer or the previous owner!
