I actually just bought an Alpine CD Changer this morning for my new car:
Alpine CHA-S634 - 6-disc Ai-NET CD/MP3 Changer: Alpine Electronics of America, Inc. - CHA-S634

I bought it to go with my new deck I also ordered this morning; since it can't play CDs and only syncs up with my iPod..

I'm assuming my new changer will come with that cable you are looking for. Have you tried looking on eBay or a local Car Audio Store?
