Great forum and it has helped guide me towards getting a Viper.
Very cool site and I really appreciate the pro attitude toward making sure that it is clear that these cars are not to be taken lightly when driven.
Have quite a bit of experience at the track driving various 911's (as per my tag) but know for sure a 3.6 liter air cooled is not in the same game with the torque the Viper produces.
If I could ask for an opinion - I have taken a shine to a couple of 2006 SR10 coupes. Is this a decent choice? It fits the budget right and I love the looks.
Any thoughts you would have will be very appreciated.

I think you mean convertible, but if so I live in North West Canada where the ragtops has a short window for use.
Wish I had more hair for sure but I am in the process of slowly donating it to the drain pipes.

I am partial to GTS's myself, but other than that I would do an SRT Coupe.

Take your time finding a great deal and spend a little more to get an 08 or newer. You won't regret it.
