Viperholics,

As you will see, I am no professional photographer. For a cheap $200 digital camera on low-res, not too bad. These are the photo's of the PVO Comp. Coupe from Viper Days (Mid-Ohio). Enjoy!!!

P.S.- Yes, it was fast!!! Yes, it sounded realllll nice!!

That thing is SICK, OMG.. Now what in the hell makes me want that car SO BADLY?? The SRT is similar, but I can't figure out what makes the CC so much more appealing, at least to my eye. The front view is simply amazing...Beautiful
EDIT: I think it's the ground effects package that makes it so much more muscular. PVO needs to offer that as an option for the SRT

Car looks great! One thing worries me though, couldnt the engineers come up with something better than foam and black tape for under the hood? I would think that the car is far enough along in the testing/engineering phase that those types of things would already be engineered, and the only thing left is working the quirks out. Maybe this was an early test mule.

That grew as the days went along, from there data aquisition I would suspect showed under hood hot air entering the intakes robing some power. The hood or engine compartment did not have any rubber weather seals or that kind of stuff so you have to improvise for now. What you saw in the pics is certainly not the final shakedown setup before customer delivery.

Bonkers, if the "thingy" you refer to is the diffuser at the rear of the car, it's part of the ground effects package of splitter, side splitters, and wing. All are intended to combine to create down force.

This car completely ROCKS and I pray that DC does a Gen III coupe that looks exactly like it without the cage, fire suppression, 5 points (though leave the mounting points for them) and NO other deletes !

I am as in love as the first time I saw a GTS !

I talked to Courtney at ViperDays today and she said the comp coupe will be in Iowa at Pacific Junction, and she thought the SRT would be at Woodhouse, I THINK. Not sure about the last part, but our VCA president said it would be there somewhere.

Simple (for me at least) that car looks like a modern viper. The SRT has this really big a$$ thing going on with it that says "Yes I'm a corv.. oh wait.. I mean Viper!" Not only that I keep thinking the production car is "jacked up" in the rear like the car is too forward balanced.

The comp coupe looks as though its hiding some really big tires as opposed to hiding trailing traffic.

I'll take one if given to me but otherwise I'm spending my money on the old style. Another thing: that butt-lawnmunching-thingy hast to go!
