I'm located in Frisco, Tx and searched for the best dealership and service adviser with a great viper tech in my area, all I found was old threads of people who have left or dealers that have closed.

I took my car into Dallas Dodge once and the service adviser who took care of me has left and I got one over inflated quote for something I used to get a lot cheaper through my adviser.

I called and left numerous messages for Jerry Jackson the manager there and other service advisers but I never get a call back. So I am on the look out for a new dealership. I have the Chrysler extended warranty so it needs to be a dealer I think? Cause I have some warranty work to take care of.

Any suggestions for a dealership and service adviser that will take care of us (Viper and I) other then Dallas Dodge (who apparently doesn't want my business) or am I making a bad decision and go to Dallas Dodge?

Allen Sayer's I believe is the person you want to talk to at Grapevine Dodge, as that was the person the service manager gave all of us cards for, when the N. TX Vca held their monthly meeting there. Ben Keating owns the dealership, and is a huge Viper nut, which is a plus.

Dallas Dodge used to be a local club sponsor, but they've had a lot of turnover there, so we are now working with Grapevine. I've used them and Musclehead pretty much exclusively for the last year, and Musclehead exclusivley for about 5 years for non-warranty work.

I will also note, that Classic Dodge is taking a few people from Grapevine, so I need to check that out...

RSI is good for the more radical of mods...

Grapevine Dodge. Advisor I use is Andrew Cossman 817-410-7551. Viper Tech is David Schuman. Does excellent work.:2tu: Tell him the guy with the Red & Black striped Venom 650R GTS referred you.

Do NOT take it to Huffines Dodge in Plano, The "viper tech" there has managed to break more stuff than they have fixed. That said, they always made it right, but damn, having to go back to the dealership 4 times to get it all fixed is a joke.

David Schuman is a class act!

Ok guys I took my car into Classic Dodge in Corinth, Alan is my service advisor and David Schuman is workin on my car. Thanks for the advise guys. They both transferred to Corinth from Grapevine. I had them check it and I have a left leaky shock which will require a 5 hr alignment to make sure it all aligns correctly, passenger door switch not opening, trunk lid not disengaging, bad o2 sensor, rear transmission and diff flush. The only thing my warranty isn't covering is the Shock which I have because I purchased from a fellow Viper guy. David and Alan are very knowledgeable and I will keep you guys updated on the car once it's completed. They hand wash the car after they are done.
