Today on the way home from work (i work about 10 min from MIR), i followed into Virginia, a red gts tag ABLURRR and a z06 vette, was there a shootout i missed today?
did i miss a viper/vette shootout at mir?

If there was no one mentioned it here or the VA/MD club site. Must have been a fluke...
There were about 7 Vipers and about as many Corvettes. This was set up by the Corvette guys that were smacking on us a few weeks ago here on this forum. Unfortunately, it was 103 degrees and incredibly humid which made for a pretty tough day for all.
I don't have the official times (maybe someone else can post them) but Jason Heffner laid down an 11.77 sec pass on a stock Viper. Bob Clayton and Mark Brown both had passes in the mid 11's and Jamie Furman and a very low 12 sec pass in his Z06.
