The Torque arms went away with the '96 RT/10 (beginnings of the GTS suspension) suspension upgrades. If you look closer you'll see the rearend is now bolted up to the frame (in the manual it is called a "pinion crossmeber assembly) instead of using the torque arm mounted to the tranny.
An eloquent solution that got rid of a big expensive part (the torque arm). The last manual you'll see the "drag link/ladder beam" in is the one for '95 RT/10's
