Door hinge adjustment???

I know there has been plenty of posts about this but i am struggling to find one! Could someone tell me (or direct me to a previous post) how to adjust the passengers side door as it seems to be sagging down a tiny bit and catches the rubber seal as it closes.

Any help would be appreciated!
