Door lock and flasher questions

Every time I stop the car the passenger door is locked. How do I program my passenger door to unlock when the car is turned off (or not lock at all).

Another unrelated question: My left turn signal flashes normal. My right flashes very fast (which is actually cool). What could make the two sides flash differently.

I'd appreciate any advice.

The fast flashing turn signal usually means a bulb is out.

Agreed on the turn signal. In regards to the pass. door. The locks on the doors are speed sensitive. I believe once you go over 5 mph. the automatically lock. I don't think there is a way you can change that as it is a safety feature.

Check the owner's manual. I had the same issue with my new GenIV and you can change the door locks so that when you unlock the driver's side door, the passenger can remain either locked or unlocked. Factory setting appears to be that passenger door remains locked. It is a simple fix but I don't remember exactly with out checking the manual.

'With the remote, hold the unlock button for 4 seconds. Within 10 seconds while still depressing the unlock button, push the lock button. Check by locking with remote and when unlocking with remote tail lamps will flash twice for both doors and once for drivers door only.'
