Door locks or not

I need some knowlege. When I press the remote lock and unlock buttons, my alarm arms and disarms, but should the door locks work as well? Mine do not and I am woundering if 1. they should and 2. do I have a bad fuse. Any advise would be appreciated, thanks.

I have door poppers and completely removed the inside wire that constitutes the door lock. I took them off since they rattled inside the door. Otherwise, they are manual like ruckdr said....

No, the locks are strictly manual.
