Drag Racing to improve my E.T.\'s this Saturday !!
I'm heading to the race track again this Saturday to try and improve my E.T.'s from last time out @ 12.61 seconds. When I went before, it was 95 and humid, and now I'm guessing it'll be in the 60's.
Has anyone ever tried different weight combo's in the back end of the car ??
How about the spare tire weight ?? Remove it, or leave it there ??
Dumb question, but would it make a difference how full the fuel tank is ?? I'm wondering if I might be better off with about 1/4 tank, and bringing more gas in fuel containers. Is that a decent idea, or wouldn't it even matter that much??
I know that tire pressures have been beat to death here, but I am driving the car to the track, and I'd like to keep 29psi in all 4 tires for safety.
I'm still running a Stock '96 GTS and any advice at all will be greatly appreciated. Thanks !!
